the option that caused the issue is: Guest optimization
when it’s turned off no more duplicate posts
but I noticed that if I deactivate “Solid Security Basic” plugin I can enable Guest optimization and it doesn’t cause any issue.
I don’t know what “Solid Security Basic” plugin has to do with this !!??

yes it works fine when I do disable all features
but when I set Enable Cache to OFF, the issue still persist
