In most cases, it happens due to a cache or Elementor update issue. To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor Page Builder plugin.
2. Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
3. Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].

I appreciate your detailed explanation. The ElementsKit Nav widget offers two options for the dropdown menu: “Hover” and “Click” [screenshot]. When using the “Click” option with a one-page scroll, the dropdown will open and scroll to the relevant section. The dropdown will stay open until the next click, which is the expected behavior for the Click toggle.
To address your concern, please switch to the “Hover” option instead of “Click.” You can refer to this video [link] for guidance. This adjustment should resolve the issue you’re experiencing.

You’re right; it shouldn’t behave that way. However, this issue seems specific to your site. I’ve checked the compare module, and it works fine on my end (see video).
I’ve checked our site URL. There are some console errors on your site (see screenshot). It may happen due to an environmental conflict. I would request to run a conflict test with the following steps:
- Run a plugin/theme compatibility test:
– Switch to a default WordPress theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor, and check if it resolves the issue or not.
– Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for ShopEngine, WooCommerce, and Elementor and see if the issue persists.
– Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem. - Check the PHP version compatibility of your WordPress and plugins
- Clear browser/site cache and cookies and check from Incognito mode.

Please follow the above steps and make sure that your site health is configured according to the Elementor System Requirements (screenshot).
If you’re unsure how to configure these, please contact your hosting provider, they’ll do this for you. You can see your current configurations from Tools > Site Health > Info > Server (https://d.pr/v/zrw0XL).- PHP time limit = 300 - PHP memory limit = 512M or higher
If possible try to check the plugin in another environment with a fresh WordPress setup.

Sorry for the inconvenience you have had. It would be great if you share the website like or share any visual example like screen-cast of the issue.
Please follow the above reply regarding the conflict test. Also, clear all kinds of cache from your site and browsers including object cache from the hosting server you’re using. Sometimes it happens due to the object cache.

Thanks for sharing the details. I’ve got your point now. No need to use custom jQuery code. MetForm has a unique email validation feature (screenshot), but it’s a Pro feature of MetForm (screenshot).

Form submissions go to Entries with proper validation. You can add input field validation in the form (screenshot). There is no procedure to recheck the validation after form submission. Moreover, we’re not authorized to provide custom code support here.

5. Try with a different permalink structure from Settings (screenshot).
6. Run a plugin/theme compatibility test

You can add the payment methods available in the Settings > Payment (screenshot). As an admin, you can withdraw the payment from your account.
In order to use, MyCred you have to integrate the Payment method to WooCommerce.
