Contact Form 7 and ReCaptcha v3 was working fine, but now we get an error–and an orange box around form submission:

There was an error trying to send your message. Submission referred to as spam.

And the ReCaptcha v3 icon not showing.

I see that error:
Uncaught Error: No such method “div.arconix-accordion-content” for Tabs.

I removed the link I had in there, issue is still present. When I click another tab, it doesn’t close current one.

Any ideas on this?

Just had the same issue.

Solution: Cleared all form fields, added them in again, and it seems to be working.
