I have the exact same issue.

I found the problem. The email I used had it’s mxrecord settings erased from moving my website domain to another host service. I did not get the reply to my ticket because my email was down. It is now back up. Can you forward me the reply again if that is possible?

I would like this post deleted after I’ve been helped as I do not want my email in public.

It seems that I cannot edit my question. What I want to do is enable sidebars, and not lose the nice full width view on mobile.

I’ve tried the following CSS, but it squishes the texts against the edgy of the display as well as the images, and that isn’t something that I want. Please help.
