In reply to: WordPress and Google AppsWell, Google Apps has been set up and running for about a month now.
E-mail accounts under Google Apps can receive and send e-mail to any recipient I have used so far. I have no problems with that part.
Again, the only problem occurs when WordPress tries to send e-mails itself. Instead of sending mail to/through the remote Google Apps accounts, mail is sent to the local accounts.

In reply to: Logon…and PasswordsThe following requires that you have access to your database preferably through phpMyAdmin:
I noticed the same thing too and tried fixing with the patch. Apparently, I have no problem logging in using Firefox, but others do, no matter which browser they are using. I recognized the problem when I tried using IE7.
However, in my case the problem had to do with using a free .co.nr domain that cloaked my hosting domain. It seems that whenever users came to the site through the .co.nr domain name they would be unable to log in. When I tried logging in with the full hosting domain name I got a successful login!
Since many of the site’s users have grown accustomed to using the .co.nr name to get to the site I couldn’t just drop it so I logged into Freedomain.co.nr and turned off the “Cloaking” feature. Users can still get to the site using the .co.nr name but the address bar shows links relevant to the hosting domain which WordPress 2.3 no longer appears to have a problem with when it comes to cookies.
