I’m really sorry to delay on your topic.
For your problem, i think you’ve use other plugins that conflict with Grid Plus plugin or create javascript errors. Please open debug mode on your browser (F12 or Right Click -> Inspect Element) then send me screenshort about it.

Our plugin have more than 6000 active installations. So what do you think they are using and what do they do with an inactive plugin?
