Ok so how can i get that link to show as a Category at the top of my website?

So how do i make it so a list of the music posts will appear on a Music page?

I’m using the Twenty Ten theme.

If i click on the music page, the url is example.com/music

but the post i made in music is example.com/category/music

Never mind, although all my galleries were gone, if i added a new gallery (with the same name as a previous gallery), then added an image to the newly created gallery, all my previous pictures would appear (providing the new gallery name is exactly the same as the old gallery name)
