Yes, this is an issue for us too. Please update.
@doncullen I agree with your point that this should be a two-way sync.
@dericleeyy said “You can create a WordPress user for them automatically…” How is this done?
“or via the contacts screen in Jetpack CRM so that they can log in and view their client portal.” 2 part question to this reply–
1) How can you create a WordPress user from the Jetpack CRM contact screen?
2) When you say “client portal”, are you talking about the WordPress client portal or the Jetpack CRM client portal? Thanks!
I am having the same problem. I tried the solution offered and it didn’t work. Not only that, but out of a total count of 964 it stops checking at 706 users every time.
I can see there are several spam users but cleantalk does not find them, even in incognito mode with a clear cache. That worked beautifully!
I have tried 3 other packing slip and invoicing plugins and have always been frustrated with their awkward forms designers and lack of customization, but this is a whole different ball game– the first one to really deliver. The ease of drag and drop makes it a pleasure to use and the controls are very intuitive.
Thanks for an amazing plugin and the great support!

I want to see prices on the single product pages and the cart and checkout, but not on the shop page.
Don’t get me wrong, there are many impressive features of Jetpack CRM and many talented people working on it, and I use it daily, but IMHO, leaving what I believe should be a core functionality of the product broken like this for more than a few DAYS is unacceptable, let alone MONTHS.
Here is a screenshot of what a sample email looks like in the compose window, before you click “Send Email”:

I hate to burst your bubble, but have you tried to send an email to a contact yet? I recommend trying this out by sending one to yourself, or to a test contact first.
Even though this has been broken for months, it’s not a support priority (because who uses email with a CRM anyway, right?).
My issue is similar to others in this thread, except my setup is:
I have categories only on the shop page, shown without prices.
In the cart, I would like to have the Price and Subtotal amounts showing for each item as currently they are not. Thanks!
Are you missing a closing bracket after the! Important line?
Yes, that took care of it. I’ll remember to try that in the future if I ever get that error again. We very much appreciate your plugin! Thank you!
Also, I have one user marked as a spam user because “No IP adress” (BTW, it should be spelled “address”) but I know they are not a spam user. Is there a way to whitelist them or something?
Thanks,
MarcYour also missing a comma in the number of spams blocked.
I’ve been a Jetpack CRM user for over a year. Adding a “…full email inbox that allows you to manage all incoming and outgoing emails.” is a feature that would make the CRM so much more useful and resolve some time-consuming, awkward work-arounds.
I’m disappointed to hear this feature characterized only with the status of “taking into consideration”. I assumed that by now it would have been escalated to something they are actively working on. It has been at the top of this feature request list for many months with almost double the votes of any other item. In general, the pace of improvements being rolled-out in Jetpack CRM is rather glacial compared to other products.
Currently, you can’t even send out a one-off email to someone from within the CRM!
I see the #1 voted request on the Jetpack CRM “Coming Soon” page at https://jetpackcrm.com/coming-soon/# is for a so-called “Email Inbox”.
I would hope that this future feature would include greater capabilities for sending mail as well.
* Ability to easily and quickly send one email to one client as well as groups.
* Ability to customize saved email templates
* Include graphics and images in the outgoing emails
* Ability to save contact groupsYou know, the usual email features everyone is used to with email clients.
Thanks!
