It looks like malfunctioning of form auto-save by tracker extension. You can disable auto-save from ApplyOnline/settings/Tracker extension until we release a fix for this issue.

The auto form submission is not a known issue with this plugin. To check conflict with other plugins, you should deactivate all plugins & extensions except ApplyOnline plugin and then give it a try. It may resolve both of your issues. Later you can activate each plugin one by one while you keep testing application form submission. Please update me with your findings.

Please give development version a try. Download the zip file, upload from the Plugins/Add New section in your WordPress admin panel and replace with existing version on your website. Really sorry for the late reply. can you share list of ApplyOnline extensions installed on your website ? Some extensions have upgraded over the time, using an outdated version of the extension usually cause this issue.

It seems like a conflict with another resource in your environment. Its difficult to provide a solution without a reference link. Try deactivating other plugins to figure out which plugin is causing issue. It might help you finding root cause of the issue.
