As a temporary fix you can get a redirection plugin and redirect to /store or wherever your products are displayed by default in the “Pages” setting of the program.

Permissions are 755. The images are there and they show up in posts, and when the site moves from development they will be there.

They are not registered in the media library so you can’t find them, including for making them a featured photo.

Installing from scratch restored stats and CSS. I had no blank screens, and I’m on 5.3.29.

Gotcha. Is there a thread or guide somewhere for reconnecting EXISTING installs of Jetpack on sites where we deleted the plugin to restore functionality? With 40+ sites crashed we had no choice but to delete.

I want to preserve all of the statistics for my clients if at all possible, as well as any CSS and other settings.

Hi Jeremy. The trouble I had was the delay for approval of the post. I guess that’s a new addition. Posts now seem to be going in right away so maybe it was just a result of me not having posted here in a while!

It’s not multisite in my case. Just two sites on the same server which is still in the 5.xx PHP.

An additional update is that I have two sites on the same server. One was unusable and the other updated just fine.

Automattic team – you are not seriously requiring PHP 7 are you? That’s a pretty bold thing to do without, I don’t know, telling anyone that you were doing that? Your plugin has become an essential part of WordPress. Would be nice if you treated it as such.

Holy cow Automattic – this is going to be a NIGHTMARE for people like me with automatic updates on 100+ sites. Fix this NOW or pull it – this is the one plugin that can’t go down because you’ve tied so much into it.

I was able to make it work with the following CSS:

You might have to use the Jetpack CSS to get it to load after the plugin CSS loads.
