Pixel Cat is a fully usable plugin, and will enable Pixel tracking for one Pixel on your site.

If you want to add more than once pixel to your site, that is a premium feature.

Previews can only be viewed by site admins.

That is not meant to be shared to others, or linked to anywhere on the front end of your site.

Quizzes are meant to published into other pages and posts. You then use that posts URL to access the quiz.

Refer to these instructions for details on how to publish a quiz.

Thanks for reaching out. Currently there is no way to import.export quiz data into a .csv.

The closed option would be to export your quiz posts, so they can be imported elsewhere. I don’t think that’s quite what you are looking for though.

It looks like users are probably trying to take the quiz within the Instagram browser, which does not support everything needed for the quizzes to run.

This is a limitation of the browser that they include in their app. There’s nothing we can do to resolve that on our end.

It is possible to create a link the will open with a specific program. You may want to add one to the quiz page that says something to the effect of “Issues? Our quiz works best on certain browsers, click here to take the quiz on your devices browser.”

Definitely look into that as a possible workaround. Hope that helps.

Currently Quiz Cat is not WPML compatible.

We have included our own methods to translate the quizzes, so you can publish them in multiple languages though. Hopefully that helps.

Quizzes can be imported and exported just like any other post.

Just select “Quizzes” when running the export in your WordPress tools.

Currently that is not a feature. But is is something we are considering adding due to popular request.

You can probably use a duplicate post plugin in the meantime. Most will let you duplicate CPTs like quizzes as well.

For anyone wondering, the issue is caused by multiple images being added to the table via HTML. The table will accept this, but was not designed for it, so it can lead to issues.

We do not have any other reports of this at the moment, so we are not sure what is wrong yet. Any details you can provide would be helpfull.

Hello. Sorry for the delay in response.

If that is not the cause of the issue, we are not sure what it could be.

All Pixel Cat does is install the pixel for you. Exactly the same as if you did it yourself.

It is not running the pixel in any dynamic way where it could work sometimes and not others. It;s either installed the pixel, and it’s working, or it hasn’t. You either get data or or don’t. There’s no in-between here.

There is no reason to believe the data is inaccurate right now. It’s best to have multiple ways to track these things so you can compare them against one another. I would suggest also having Google Analytics setup for this.

Wish we could help further in this case, but there is simply no way for Pixel Cat to cause you to get an incorrect amount of view events.

We have recently release a new Pixel Cat update that should resolve all issues with WooCommerce product IDs not matching. It even has massive improvements to how we work with variable products.

We do however support the use of MailChimp Interest Groups, in our premium plugin. They work very similarly, so that may also suit your needs.
