    Are using Pixel Cat? It does not sounds like you are using Pixel Cat, and this is a support forum for Pixel Cat users.

    Pixel Cat is a WordPress plugin, and can only be used on websites using WordPress.

    Please let us know if you have Pixel Cat installed on your WordPress site, and we will see if we can help. Please provide a link to your site.

    This is not a forum for general pixel help. Only for WordPress users with Pixel Cat installed.

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Yes. If you are getting the red X it is because we have failed to connect to your Mad-Mimi account.

    Some other plugin, or your theme, may be preventing us from communicating with their serversz. You will need to search for conflicts, to see if that could be the case or not.

    To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for reaching out. Currently there are not features for either of these things.

    We have not included any customization options for the thank you message, and unfortunately it’s not very simple to change with CSS.

    And we don’t have any other fields available besides name and email. Optin Cat is designed specifically for gathering simple optins, easily. Adding other fields turns it into a whole other beast, and we have decided against that route.

    Sorry we can’t help more with these things though. Let us know if we can be of assistance with this, or anything else.

    Thanks fo reaching out. Sorry for the delay in response.

    Currently this is not possible. Quiz Cat was not made with touch screen devices in mind. We do not suggest editing your site from a touch screen dependent device. Many plugins and themes do not take the time to make their backed options touch screen compatible.

    Touch screen browsers are often very limited, compared to their desktop counterparts, and so it is not usually recommended to edit your site from them.

    You’ll need to search for conflicts, to see which plugin or theme is causing this to happen. To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Easy Pricing Tables and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘TwentyEighteen’, or ‘TwentyNineteen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    @nmckinder Easy Pricing Tables editor was not built with mobile devices in mind. As such it does not have the necessary code to account for touch screen devices. We do not recommend editing your site from a mobile, touch screen only, device, such as a phone or tablet.

    Hello there,

    When viewing your tables on mobile, the table should break into a mobile friendly view, where each column is broken apart into a separate block.

    Since the rows are no longer side by side, the option for matching row height is not used.

    If your tables are not entering the mobile friendly view, please open a new thread about that, as you may be experiencing a conflict, or other issue.

    Thanks for reaching out. You have filed a support thread on the MailChimp version of Optin Cat. If you have the MailChimp version of Optin Cat installed that would explain your issue. It will be unable to accept a Mad Mimi API Key.
