when I’ve changed the theme but I the images that have duplicated aren’t gone.
I’ve installed Media Library Assistant plugin.
it shows parent ID of images and what is interesting is it shows that those attached duplicated pictures are unused.
I attached that image.
I guess these image won’t be gone unless I delete them one by on!

I re-install it, there was no use.
It’s strange that once I could send email and subscribe in the site. but the day after the error came back. actually there are 2 errors.
one for sending email test and the other one is when someone click subscribe which I put the link here.
