In the most recent version of the plugin, the placeholder texts you mentioned can be edited directly from the plugin admin panel: https://cln.sh/LP2SsZzM. That’s why you won’t find them in Loco Translate. Please check it out and confirm if everything works correctly for you.

Thank you for using the plugin and reaching out with your question about using multiple domains. In the free version, it’s not possible to list multiple domains. However, with the pro version, you can list multiple domains along with their links. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

.wHelp__popup–header .info__title -> This is for popup subtitle (Typically replies within a day)
.wHelp__popup–content .current-time -> This for time
.wHelp__popup–content .sms__text -> This is for default message text

Could you update the plugin with the latest release we just pushed. Let us know if it solve after that. Clear your caches after updating it.
