Is there a workaround? If I export all the Bookings, can I re-import them after I make changes to the event? It sounds like there needs to be some kind of shared ID between the event and the booking that has no dependency on anything else, so they can always stay connected.
Very glad to hear. Keep up the great work!

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Image size in version 3FYI, folks, after a bunch of tests, I’ve determined the magic formula for the correct size event headers: 1920×800 at 144dpi, but leave at least 40 px margin top and bottom for any text content, as they will get cut off. That will work across all the places it needs to go!
I’ve tried a few variations on this and I’m seeing the same thing. Sales are going through, but cancellations are not.
Many thanks again!
Hi – thanks for following up.
The first instance was an email mismatch, possibly pilot error. ?? I set up a new test, stepped through the whole thing, and made sure to use a consistent address.
Once again, the sale went through, but the cancellation request did not. I think this may have something to do with webhooks needing to be established, but that’s the shoreline of my understanding.
We do have a workaround, though, which is this if they get a cancellation request, they’ll see it flagged in the Bookings, and can easily issue the refund directly from the Stripe website. It’s only a 99-seat theater, nothing unmanageable. Many thanks again!
On closer inspection, it looks like there was an email mismatch between the transaction and the refund request. Looking into how that happened, and if my role as admin played any part. Many thanks again.
Thanks. It seemed to resolve itself, though I have disabled a number of plugins. I’m still having problems in other areas, which I’l take up in other topics. I appreciate your help!

OK, a little more detail on this. The booking status is “Cancelled – marked as refunded.” Stripe only has the successfully completed transaction. There’s no refund pending. I requested the refund within minutes of successfully completing the original transaction. It’s been nearly 48 hours. Thanks again!
Thank you! Forgive me, I’m not a javascript developer. Is there a likely suspect in this scenario? What type of plugin does this? I’m using Elementor with their bare bones Hello theme. Also WP-Forms, ACF, Taxopress, Google Site Kit, a few little utils like Disable Gutenberg…?

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Image size in version 3I’m wrestling with the same issues. What would be great is a set of recommended image sizes / aspect ratios for the different layouts, as well as a way to be able to specify which one goes where. I don’t mind having to make a series of images if I can be sure they’ll lead to a consistent experience, especially across platforms. Thanks so much!
I upgraded to 3.10 and am having this same problem, plus some others. I have all available calendar views enabled. Changing the default view doesn’t work. Can’t get it off of square grid. https://newworkseries.com/staging/calendar/

I updated to the latest version, and I see a lot of this has been addressed. Thanks! The repeat section is buggy, though. Making changes once a pattern has been established doesn’t always work.
Ok, I’ve gotten quite a bit further along and everything else is working. Yay! Best workaround for this I can envision is make separate events for the different days that repeat, even though it means maintaining 3 or 4 iterations of the same show, then showing just an aggregated calendar view to tie it all together. Any downside to that? Is there a better way? Thanks again.
