I’ll give Firefox a go. Opera failed as well.

I went into cPanel and downloaded the file from there. That should be fine too, right?

Tagged as resolved but hasn’t been resolved.

Checked with my hosting provider and there hasn’t been a limit for how much can be downloaded at a time.

Also moved to a Mac from a PC and tried the download the file to my local. On that computer I had the same issue on Chrome but when I used the Safari browser I had a successful download. So its not an issue with IDS rules.

Why would this happen?

I updated my php to 7.2 in cPanel so I don’t know if the patch worked. But I do know that I have Hummingbird running now. Thank you for the great support!

I won’t be editing any php but I will work on updating my version of php. Thank you for the quick reply and I will try again soon.

My site is using HardenedPHP, by CloudLinux. HardenedPHP is a way of supporting older versions of PHP without compromising security. New site but Green Geeks has us set up this way.
