Estoy implementado esta función en una rama de desarrollo con el siguiente comportamiento:
1. Al crearse un comentario y aceptar, por tanto, la casilla de la política de privacidad, se crea en la tabla wp_commentmeta una entrada con el comment_id del comentario asociado, el meta_key ‘wpcpc_private_policy_accepted’ y el meta_value con el email del o la que comenta.
2. Al exportar (con la nueva función de WP) los datos personales asociados a un email, se exporta con cada comentario el consentimiento: Consent email for personal data storage: EMAIL_ASOCIADO.
3. Al eliminar los datos personales asociados a un email se eliminan de la tabla wp_commentmeta las entradas correspondientes a cada comentario eliminado.

Buenas @simpo. No es un da?o colateral de la nueva versión. Por lo que he averiguado es que la función de aviso de comentario pendiente de aprobación no funciona si no se marca la nueva casilla por la que das permiso para guardar datos tuyos en tu ordenador (cookies). Sin estos datos es imposible que se pueda realizar la función.

?Puede ser por esto lo de tu problema, @josepe2222?
