Thanks for your reply.
My hosting company, SiteGround, states that the max_execution_time is 120 seconds. This is the highest number they can use on a shared plan.
According to SG,
—————-
With this being said, the timeout for certain core WordPress scripts can be increased with the addition of a rule in your .htaccess file which as I checked has been added already: <IfModule mod_dtimeout.c> <Files ~ ".php"> SetEnvIf Request_URI "index.php" DynamicTimeout=600 SetEnvIf Request_URI "wp-admin/themes.php" DynamicTimeout=600 SetEnvIf Request_URI "wp-admin/admin-ajax.php" DynamicTimeout=600 SetEnvIf Request_URI "wp-admin/admin.php" DynamicTimeout=600 </Files> </IfModule>

Even with this change the upload still times out. My last web hosting vendor did not have this issue but this does not help with my new vendor.
What I’m find is that before the upload starts, wordpress starts to establish a secure connection and it seems to take some time. When the vendor uploads the ics file to the plugin there are no errors.
If you have any other comments please let me know.
Regards.

In reply to: [Post Grid and Gutenberg Blocks - ComboBlocks] Posts Not DisplayingI removed the ‘Thumbnail’ from the layout and the double image is resolved.
Thanks for your help and for a useful plugin.

In reply to: [Post Grid and Gutenberg Blocks - ComboBlocks] Posts Not DisplayingI deactivated all of the plugins and when I enabled them the Posts displayed.
The other issue I’m having now is that for both of the post grids I have only 3 posts enabled. As you can see, the posts display 3 posts with the featured images. The 3 featured images have no title or read more included. How can I eliminate the 3 featured images in each post?
You can see it better on the front page: https://librarylearn.og

Adding the ‘rand’ shortcode worked. I’m not sure why the ‘none’ code didn’t but it looks like they provide similar functions.
Thanks.
Can you explain what you mean about checking the double quote issue? I’m not sure what you mean. I did type the code in manually.
Also, can you clarify where you add the ‘random’ code?
I’m not sure about other plugins that would impact the WP Query. The rest of the shortcode is working properly.
Regards.
This is the shortcode I’m using:
[psac_post_slider limit=”-1″ category=”42,9,43,15,18,30,47″ design=”design-1″ show_author=”false” show_category=”true” show_date=”true” show_content=”true” content_words_limit=”15″ media_size=”medium” show_read_more=”true” show_tags=”false” show_comment=”false” order=”ASC” orderby=”none” dots=”false” arrows=”true” autoplay=”true” autoplay_interval=”4000″ speed=”5000″ loop=”true” sliderheight=”400″]
Regards.
I think I have this working properly. I used the category=”47.30″ syntax and it worked. I had copied and pasted some of the shortcodes from the plugin site so I added them manually.
Regards.
I did try this but it showed posts from category “48”.
Is there a shortcode for exclusion?
Regards.
