Hi Yogaman, I’ve find what’s wrong with my site/popup.
I’ve set condition on the Popup to open just in the Product section, and not on all product. What an idiot! ahaha

The problem is that I haven’t set any link or anything else but the external product url as you can see at the bottom of this image:

it’s just generated automatically from WooCommerce, I think.

So, I don’t know where I can edit or change the button link like you suggest

As you can see when you click on “Chiedi informazioni” the link change to “…/prodotti#popmake-1549” but nothing appear. Neither if you click on “Occhiata veloce” and then again on Chiedi informazioni.
But if you go to the product page the popup will show
