Hi @sitaram420, unfortunately we are stopping support the the LSX Business Directories this week.

We will not be able to test the plugin with the latest version of WC subscriptions.

If you have access to a developer or are a developer your self, here are the code references to the function which is supposed to “draft” the listing.

Deleting the plugin and reconfiguring from scratch solved the issue. Thanks for your help.

The only way to edit that text currently is to copy the tour-operator/templates/content-widget-tour.php to tour child theme.

There you can edit the text and change it to Tour Info.

Our apologies for the late reply. The easiest way would be to copy the tour-operator/templates/content-tour.php into the root of your theme / child theme. e.g your_child_theme/content-tour.php and then you can just edit the line of code as follows.

This is assuming you are using a child theme. If you are not, it is best to create one, as thats where most of the customizations will go if you add more.

In order to make use of the Tour Operator Plugin without any issues occuring, please make sure you are following these guidelines. If you are unsure of any of the following, please contact your website system administration & developer(s) for confirmation.

1. Is your website compatible with PHP version 7.0 or higher?
2. Are you running the latest version of WordPress? Follow these instructions to make sure your website is up-to-date.
3. Are you making use of the LSX theme on your WordPress website. Follow this link to download and activate the LSX theme – https://www.ads-software.com/themes/lsx/.
4. Sometimes your issues may be caused by an outdated or incompatible plugin on your website.

To figure out if this is occurring:

Disable all your plugins, except for the Tour Operator Plugin. If this fixes the issue, then there’s a conflict occurring with one of the disabled plugins and your website. To discover which one is the perp, reactivate the plugins one at a time until the issue re-occurs.

Once you are following all of the above criteria your issue should be resolved.

Hello, the Tour Operator plugin itself does not have booking functionality, however the LSX theme is WooCommerce compatible and we recommend using WooCommerce Bookings for online bookings. Thank you for using the Tour Operator software, let us know if you have any other questions.
