You don’t need any plugin, it’s a built-in feature.
In the admin panel, go to Settings -> Miscellaneous Settings and enter the right info.
Use a full path in the “folder” (for instance, /home/user/htdocs/media.server.com/blog-files) and the full URL without the tailing slash (https://media.server.com/blog-files).
