I don’t know how to do that on the staging site I’m using for testing, but I managed to track the issue to the plugin “Ocean Extra” if I disable it the plugging “Custom Sidebars” works with no problem, once I activate it again stops working.

Sorry, I didn’t saw your response, I tried increasing the PHP memory of my site but it didn’t work, then I changed my theme from OceanWP to Twenty Nineteen and the plugin started to function, so I assume the problem is related to OceanWP.

I changed the theme to twenty seventeen on a Staging site but the plugin still doesn’t work, here is a screenshot of the WooCommerce tabs.
