For test i published a test post with hello text, and post. It didn’t generate comment. As soon as I added any old post link its generating comment.

I took back up and disabled jetpack, still problem is same. is there any way to attach a file or screenshot

I found the exact issue now. In my post when I add old post links, for that its generating comments.

No, I didn’t.

Hi,
Thanks for your response but the issue was different and now I fixed it.
I already set all the things suggested by you but still, it was not showing the comment box.

The resolution which I did was, I customized the page , and under Blog-> Single-post, I selected the comments under Elements Positioning and publish the page.

This is the global setting for all the pages.
