Hi @ibrahimsharif ,
Please check screenshot https://d.pr/i/EH83Ai it’s the link I placed in the email, it’s to direct my audience to Contact page of my site. It shows correctly when I check the email in FluentCRM.
And check screenshot https://d.pr/i/rxWRMB it’s the Email Log from FluentSMTP for the email I sent out formally via FluentCRM. One can see that the link is altered and unable to reach Contact page of my site.
Also, check screenshot https://d.pr/i/dEyJ97 it’s the Email Log from FluentSMTP for a testing email via FluentCRM. One can see that the link is correct for testing email.
When I checked the emails in the Mail Box, I noticed a strange behavior.
- Click the link in the testing email from
- Mobile device: it directs me to Contact page correctly
- Desktop: it directs me to Contact page correctly
- Desktop (private mode, another browser): it directs me to Contact page correctly
- Click the link in the formal email from
- Mobile device: it directs me to Home page with parameters by FluentCRM, which is not right
- Desktop: it directs me to Contact page correctly (I think it carries the cookies when I design campaign email in FluentCRM)
- Desktop (private mode, another browser): it directs me to Home page with parameters by FluentCRM, which is not right
It means that the actual results observed from the recipient in their mailbox also matched the Email Logs from FluentSMTP addressed in above screenshots.

Hi @ibrahimsharif ,
But the issue I encountered is when I click on the button in the formal campaign email it directs me to my Main Domain instead of the links that I specified originally.
I tried several times to confirm the behavior and still cannot figure out why it won’t redirect me to the link I set in the email.
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for the reply and the ETA for the fix.
Yep, I know it probably won’t cause functionality issue and I have finished my 1st form already. ??Btw, I have another question regarding whether the subscribers will be added as WordPress user and given Subscriber Role after they filled the Form made by Sendinblue plugin or they will only be added to Sendinblue DB as contacts?
If this functionality is supported in Sendinblue plugin then I must miss some steps while setting up the form. Please kindly advise where I can find the instruction.
If it’s not supported now, will it be developed in the future?
Thanks a lot.Best regards,
FengHi @diegoversiani,
Yes, I have MailPoet installed on that site.
Thanks you so much for the quick fix. ??

FengHi Diego,
No problem. Let me open a new ticket for it. ??
And I will be glad to write a review for your amazing plugin. Can’t wait for the release of PRO version.Best,
FengHi Diego,
Just confirmed the previous mentioned issue is resolved.
Thank you so much!! ??While I further test the function I found there is another issue.
0. do not login if already has an existing account
1. add products into cart, and go to checkout page
2. fill all fields and go to step 4
3. press the purchase button and then it will show red alert mentioning there is existing account with same email address
4. click the “login” linkage in the red alert message box
5. no response for the “login” linkage
(please refer to – https://d.pr/i/pH14f0)Best,
FengHi Diego,
Just created account for you.
Thanks for the help ??Best,
FengHi Diego,
Sure, that would be even better and more efficient for investigating the issue.
I have became your website’s subscriber already, can I create account with your contact email for you to check the issue?Best,
FengHi Diego,
Search the html of checkout page, no “invalid” wording in there. But there is 1 “disable”:
<div class="fc-place-order"><button disabled type="submit" class="button alt fc-place-order-button" name="woocommerce_checkout_place_order" id="place_order" value="下單購買" data-value="下單購買">下單購買</button></div>
Checked Chrome > Elements and search for “invalid”, there are 15 classes’ name started with “woocommerce-error invalid-xxx” but nothing related to orderalbe-field–invalid.
Btw, forgot to mention that I am using Blocksy theme and I found .disabled can be found in /wp-content/themes/blocksy/static/bundle/main.min.css?ver=1.8.3.4
Please check – https://d.pr/i/8IIFpONot sure if it relates.
Best,
FengHi Diego,
Yes I have PRO version, but I confirmed that the issue remains when there is only FREE plugin activated.
And yes, I checked there is no error from Chrome > Console section when loading pages, placing order and inputting contact info.
Please check – https://d.pr/i/R4Tt77I also think about it, maybe it’s because both plugins tried to change the state of the button and causing conflict. I can see the CSS classes you mentioned.
Please check – https://d.pr/i/wSpepZIf it’s cause I would be willing to test the beta version of v1.2.5 ??
Best regards,
FengHi Diego,
Yes. It’s the plugin I am using now.
Frankly, for this site I am planning to utilize only its 1. sidebar mini cart feature to shorten the purchase process 2. Layout builder – insert shortcode to fast build page. So I did not activate the “Delivery” and “Pickup” features.
(not going to let buyers to specify the deliver date)I leave all the configurations blank under Orderable > Store Settings page.
Please check – https://d.pr/i/pzK1mXWithout activating Fluid Checkout plugin, under such configurations in Orderable there will be no issue with the “Purchase” button.
Please check – https://d.pr/i/wrxPFdDoes it mean the Delivery date is mandatory info for Fluid Checkout?
Best regards,

In reply to: [Breeze - WordPress Cache Plugin] Unknown PHP fatal errorsHi,
I rollback to the backup before upgrading plugins including Breeze, MailPoet and Clearfy and no PHP fatal errors anymore. I will stay on that version now and investigate which is the plugin that cause the issue. Will get back to you once there is any finding. Thanks.
