    Unfortunately, I don’t have another computer to use. I have tried the button in another browser (Google Chrome and Safari) to no avail.

    I got so frustrated previously, that I actually uninstalled and deleted all of them. So, the site doesn’t actually have any plugins listed on the install list now.

    This is probably why I haven’t resolved this in months. Now is the point at which this becomes a bit like reading Greek for me. Here is what appears in the javascript console when I click on the Add Media button. Any insight greatly appreciated!!

    I came across the recommendation to deactivate and reactivate the plugins individually before and have done that without success.

    If I switch the theme to the default theme, will it overwrite my content? If so, I will have to wait for a period of time when people are not going to be searching for it actively. I can’t really afford to have it stop functioning right now.
