Sorry for the delay with my response.

I’m able to add the subscriber without getting any errors, however the subscriber is not being added to the list.

The same happens if i add the subscriber through the subscription form on the frontend.

Just now i updated Mailpoet to the latest version (4.41.3) and the subscriber is once again visible in the subscribers list. Strange!

Thanks for your reply. It’s a bit of a bomer that you cant use caching in this situation. In my case it’s not an option to turn off the caching. So one of the plugins must go.

Hello Rob,

It did happened after the update to WP 5.7.
I got it working again by going to the dashboard and installing WP 5.7 again. This seems to have solved the problem.

I cannot see what i must change on Facebook to get this right.

Annoying when something like this doesn’t work.

Maybe if you just added the shortcode for the posterboard, something like this:
[ai1ec view=”posterboard” cat_name=”Concerts,Expos,Theater”]
with a list of the categories you wish to display. This is the way i use it.

Do you have your Pasteboard style set to Grid?

Maybe just a caching problem. Delete your cache also your browser cache, refresh your browser window and see if it helps.
