Thanks for your answer, but that’s not what I’m looking for. I want to put a shipping address selection button (select delivery address) on the homepage which is a popup window. When I click this popup button, I want to have predefined selectable delivery zones.

Thanks for reply. You are right. The issue is related to the third-party plugin which is Login/Signup Popup ( Inline Form + Woocommerce ). I added #login to menu url and its fixed.
