Hello Diego,

For now the plugin only supports posts and our custom post type called “chapter”. You can copy the content of your pages into our chapters to add them to your book.

Hello, MPL-Publisher is not related with Ethority in any form so I guess I can’t help you with that.

Which plugin version are you using and which type of format are you trying to output?

Yes, that’s a known error. It appears on our FAQ https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mpl-publisher/faq/ and it’s related with the current PHP version installed on your server.

I’m so sorry it didn’t work for you. Hope you give us another try once you update your PHP installation. Get in touch with your server provider if you have some troubles with this. I’m sure they will know what to do ??

Yes, I agree with you. I think the current sorting mechanism it’s not intuitive enough. I want to keep it simple because (ironically) it’s the complex part. Maybe now it’s too simple.

Yep, I tried to open the file with Sigil (0.8.6 at first and then 0.8.7) and all seems fine. I tried to even validate the file with FlightCrew and it gets some errors, but nothing similar to what you pasted.

If you can send me some screenshots it will be great. I’m sure it’s a real error but I just want to find a way to reproduce it.

I’ve been looking into these issues and it’s strange because I could open the files in any situation, no stoppable error. I think it’s related with the fields you set (maybe some white space?) but I’m not 100% sure.

If it’s not too private, could you send me the generated file at my email? <[email protected]> I would like to take a look into it.

Sorry for the delay and thank you for your feedback.

I will look into each point you reported. I know there’s some issue related with the paragraph and the deault html format that WP outputs with the_content(). Some user reported me also something similar days ago and I’m thinking both are related. I found 2 days ago wpautop (my bad) and maybe it could be the solution.

Anyway, like I said, I will keep this open and try to solve it for the next release. It should be easy ??

You can clone the repository from here https://github.com/ferranfg/mpl-publisher and add by yourself the French translation (.po and .mo files) in the corresponding languages folder, sending then a pull request to merge the files.

If you are not familiarized with those terms, don’t worry, you can send me manually the translations by email to hola <at> ferranfigueredo.com and I will add them on the next release ??

This errors is related with the installed PHP version on your server. Please, make sure you follow the recommended WordPress requirements: https://www.ads-software.com/about/requirements/
