We did exactly what you tell us and we have solved one of the two issues reported by Pinterest.

We have reached out the pinterest team and the have answered to us the following, queote:

I took a look at your feed updates and I’m happy to inform you that one of the error reported has been solved.

Please note that the error 113 is persisting, as you can see in the screenshot below:

I recommend editing the feed following the guidelines provided in my previous email and consult our help center article:
https://help.pinterest.com/business/article/data-source-ingestion#section-9516

Once you have done this, our system will review it in the next 24h, please then check your feed status by going in your Catalogues field. All you need to do is follow the steps below:

Click on Ads
Select Catalogues”

So as you can see it seems that the issue with the proce format is persisting…

How can we solve that?

Negative, the field is not displayed in the right column (at least for what we see)

How can we solve this? Is there other way to add the Ean13 or gtin to the feed?
