Even better it would be to actually replace the percentage with the number of hits. I am also using the dashboard widget, and having only this report active (resize window would also be nice) would be exactly what I want.

No it’s not.

As I mentioned, when disabling the plugin this attempt stops. So I cannot assume anything else, than the connection originating from the plugin.

Older versions did not present this issue.

Please have a look again (perhaps the issue came up with the newest WordPress versions?)

Not sure what you mean ‘where feature image is chosen from’. In any case, and should this be a theme issue, do you think there is there a way to correct this?

Also, please let me know if you can suggest a way to select the featured image to ‘test’ it is removed.

I regret to inform you that something is still wrong.

1. I enabled server-side tracking
2. Cleared my cache
3. Cleared any browser local cache

I still see this in the source code:

What do you mean it doesn’t work? I have made the changes you suggested above and now SlimStat collects traffic as expected. Quick Cache is enabled.

Some clarifications that might help:

1. Also using Better WP security and some other security plugins. However, I disabled all of them, removed all their entries from .htaccess. Still same problem.

2. As I said I cleared all possible caches (and even disabled WP supercache). Perhaps the topic title is somehow misleading, though. IE is recognised. It’s just that the pop up is not shown properly (it shows on the bottom left of the page – I think someone else has mentioned this as well).

3. As a last attempt, I disabled ALL my plugins except ABC. Still same problem in IE6.
