Apologize on the late reply.
I have get two more ppl to test again, so far it appears ok with their models, being iphone 11 and iphone XR.

So together with the earlier feedback, here we have the below models working fine with the form:
1)iphone 7
2)Honor 20
3)Huawei P9
4)iphone 11 (2 checks)
5)Oneplus 8T`
6)iphone XR

I am not sure how you define old or new browsers, i am pretty sure my unit is old. Does this mean nothing we can do with the form, instead just have to bear with it until the users update their phone. On the other hand, I do remember there was no such issue when the form was used last year. It is only this year that I noticed the weird problem. Hopefully this is extra info that helps.

There is no problem with the desktop and tabletview. Even the landscape view of my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge has no problem. It is only the potrait view of the mobile is having the font-size problem. “Name” and “Message” appeared too big compare to “Email”, “Phone. No.” and “Submit”

I have tried creating a new form on a new page, with the earlier contact form keep in Trash and all Custom CSS pertaining to this form deleted. Unfortunately the font size of Name and Message in mobile view still look awkward, much bigger than Email and Phone No which lie between them.

sorry for this late reply. Actually i’m still trying to figure out your advice as it seems a bit technical for me. Nevertheless, it does help a lot and I managed to add the two fonts into my second language.

I am now having the below doubts:
1) font size: can i set the font size for certain content using something like below while tranlating my text:
EG: <span style=”font-size:xxem; line-height:xx;”>follow by my translation
It works pretty well with those that need special format. But my worry is, is this method allowed?

2) i use About in my menu as well as some of my titles. I noticed this particular word was automatically translated across the site after I translated once. Follow then, the font size of the About in my menu seems smaller than the rest of the menu-items. From the Element of Inspect, I noticed it was fixed to 90% unknowingly (I guess this was set during the earlier translation for the titles as quoted in (1)). I also noticed the below problem in the Element:

<span style=”font-family:dengxian; letter-spacing:0.01em;font-size:90%;”>有关</span>
The 2nd row seems should not have existed. Reason for saying so, for the rest of the menu items, it goes with the below format:
主页

If my opinion is right, how to remove the 2nd row from my Element for About? I guess if this problem can be iron out, it helps with the font-size issue.

I cleared the brower cache (chrome), unfortunately the problem still arising.
I also tried with Edge, the same feature happening. On the other hand, it seems alright with Firefox.

so far i have checked the Contact Form view on 7 handphone, being:

Font size appeared bigger on Name & Massage compared to Email & Phone No:
1) Samsung Galaxy S& Edge
2) Huawei Mate 10

Font size appears the same all on title:
1)iphone 7
2)Honor 20
3)Huawei P9
4)iphone 11
5)Oneplus 8T
