The only field in Mail Chimp that’s required is Email.
in the registration form there’s a matching ’email’ field and its set to email not text… so all should be ok.

Is the issue that there’s other fields on the rego form (like username, password etc) that I don’t need to be transferred to mail chimp?

I went through the link and also tried to add mc4wp- in front of the email ‘name’ but then when I did that the form didn’t submit properly (error returned for email address).

All i really want is the email to go there. Sounds so easy.

Got mine to work ‘better’.

changed port line as per some other forums:
$port = fsockopen (‘ssl://www.paypal.com’, 443, $errno, $errstr, 30);

so now the donation is fine, the donation counter works, the recognition wall works – but only sort of! The name, amount donated works, but the comments are blank!

Please help me get mine to work!! What else did you do? Ive deleted all other plugins etc but still no email gets sent to the donator, and recognition wall doesnt work!

still getting “FATAL ERROR No Reply at all” emails too ??
