Thanks for your comments and support.

In case you don’t know the plugin already has an audio player, you can enable it when generating the short code and then when clicking on the track artwork it will play the track.

This works when generating the shortcode for the track feed, only.

Sorry about the delay, there is a new version available that gives you the option to limit the number of results.

Upgrade your plugin and when inserting a shortcode you will see the new option.

Hi,

Do you have a URL so I can see? The Beatports API URL is different than pro.beatport.com so the plugin shouldn’t be affected by that front end change.

As a matter of fact I just tested my own site and a couple of more that I know are using the plugin and they all seem to continue working fine.

I’m afraid that your problem is an HTML layout issue which I seriously doubt it is being caused by PHP_EOL which only adds an end of line but do not change any html at all.

Have you tried disabling the other plugins one by one to see which one is causing a conflict?

Please verify your short code and make sure the settings are correct..

The plugin is working fine, for example on this page it get my tracks from beatport.

In the same screen where you configure the short code there is a button for you to test it.

It will give you an error if any, or a result in JSON format.

As mentioned before, that is an issue that you should address to your distributor or beatport directly.

The API provides 3 sizes for each artwork (standard images, not dynamicImages), the plugin uses the middle size one.

If you look at the JSON that you get from the API

Then search for any release id at random for example 1351971

You will see that this is the artwork provided by the API

The same thing happens to most of your label releases, so the problem is at Beatport side, not on the plugin.

I do not work for Beatport so I can’t help you there. You should contact them directly or via your distributor.

About the OAuth I’ll keep a note for future releases.

As mentioned above, the artwork is what the API provides.

Your label is set up to use the label logo for medium sized images which is the one used by the plugin. If you need to change that, you then need to get in touch with Beatport or your distribution company to update that accordingly.

Not possible with this version of the plugin.

Beatport API requires OAuth to connect and get the data, not all hosting providers give you the option to install PHP OAuth extension, specially on shared hosting.

At the moment there is no usage limit on the API, so to make everyones life easier, this plugin uses my server as a middle point.
