@finleydesign Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. I can confirm that, at this time, the Customers report does not include an option out of the box to display column totals.

If having this option is something that would really help, I encourage you to submit this as as a feature request in the WooCommerce GitHub repository, following the instructions specified here:

@sqdigital From the description you shared above, it sounds like you are having issues with updating variable products on your website. You have narrowed down the issue to the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.

I have tested this on my end but have so far been unable to reproduce this issue on a site of my own. Having the Facebook plugin enabled doesn’t seem to affect my ability edit any type of products. This could mean one of two things: 1) I’m missing an important step in my testing or 2) the problem isn’t a bug in the plugin itself but rather something specific to your setup.

To rule out option #1, can you share a list of the steps you are following to reproduce the issue? The more details you can provide the better, for example what buttons you click, what fields you update etc.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for sending the new link. I do see that those are behaving differently. I have two questions for you:

    * Are you using any SEO features or plugins?
    * Can you share with me a copy of your system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

@ericthomson Thank you for sharing! You are right, those sections in the editor screen can be re-arranged. The box can also be hidden, so it’s good to check that it wasn’t removed by accident. That can be reviewed from the “Screen Options” menu that can be expanded from the top right corner of the screen:

Hi @triunfo, this forum is intended for questions about the core WooCommerce plugin and the features that it comes with our of the box. We are unable to help with compatibility issues or questions about other third-party plugins.

We’d recommend reaching out to the Elementor theme to see if they have any insight about compatibility of their product with WooCommerce and see if they can offer any insight on how to fix those editor issues you are seeing.

@digidestination I think there is a misunderstanding about how taxes are calculated. In the settings you shared, it is shown that your prices are entered “inclusive of tax”. This means that the €100 price already includes 19% of tax.

In this particular case, the price before tax of that product would be €84.0336.

    84.0336 x 1.19 = 100 (or 99.9999).

If you want your tax to be €19 on top of the €100, you would need to configure prices to be entered “exclusive of tax”, so that customers pay in fact €119.00 at checkout.

I hope this helps clarify things.

@cascayoyo I visited the page you linked, and I see that images appear distorted. To me this looks like a theme issue. It might be that the theme is forcing a particular aspect ratio to the images, which is resulting in them appearing longer than they actually are.

To test this theory, can you temporarily switch the theme of your site to “Storefront”? If the issue is gone, then you’ll know for sure that the problem is caused by the current theme.

We recommend that the test is done on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging.

@jmvision2018 I’m not sure that I fully understand the issue you are reporting.

It sounds like you are reporting issues with a parent category not being listed on a product page, is this correct?

When I visit a product from that category you linked, this is what appears on the breadcrumb:

Is that different from what you were expecting to see? If so, what should be shown there instead?

@twomixers I have a few questions for you:

    1. What payment gateway are you using?
    2. Does the problem remain if you use a core payment method like Cash on Delivery?
    3. Can you verify if by temporarily switching to a different theme the button appears as normal?

To test the theme temporarily, we recommend that his is done on a staging version of your website, to avoid any disturbance to the real site. A staging site is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging.

@ralfburgert When visiting the link shared above I was able to see two products listed:

Is this different from what you see on your end? If that’s the case, can you show us a screenshot of how the page loads for you? Additionally, please share the URL of a particular product that is missing from that category page.

We suspect that it was due to a correction by WP-Sweep, but cannot find a solution to the problem.

Regardless of the above, if you do suspect that a third-party plugin was involved in removing these products, we suggest reaching out to their team for assistance.

I was unable to see the exact behavior you showed in your screenshot. However, I am guessing this is most likely coming from your theme and how it adjusts when viewed in smaller screens.

One idea would be to test with temporarily switching your theme to the default Storefront theme, and see if that changes the display. If that’s the case, then you’ll want to either customize the files of your theme to improve the formatting, or reach out to the theme developers and see if they are able to assist with that type of change.

So I have created a new product in English and there the issue doesn’t occur.

This likely indicates the the issue lays with the import process. Either the data in the file imported was corrupted or something failed at the time these products were created which caused them to present this issue.

I would reach out to the team behind the import plugin you used to see if they can offer any assistance.

That sounds like a good idea. However, before reaching out to them you might want to verify if it is indeed the theme that is causing the error. That way you can be certain of the source before reporting it to their theme.

To verify that, you’ll want to temporarily switch to the Storefront theme, preferably in a staging site as shared in the instructions above.
