What action preceded this issue? For example, did you change themes or install a new plugin? Did you attempt to upgrade WordPress to a newer version?

I don’t change theme but I attempt to upgrade WordPress to a newer version several times. It shows update success whenever I updated wp but then when I refresh I’ve seen the same version again & it’s suggesting me to update to newer.
