For me, choosing the “homepage” layout option on the actual static home page resolved this issue
Note: I’m using the Storefront Add Slider plugin in addition to this Meta Slider plugin on the Storefront theme.

I’d really like to see people actually post HOW they resolved their issues. It’s selfish to just say “issue resolved” and leave other people with the same issue in the dark

It’s been resolved… It had to do with another short code that just happened to be messing with the text on the very bottom… After removing this, it become okay… Just wish someone could have helped.. I’m very unlucky in these forums..

For some erotic reason, this has worked… An inactive plugin was messing with the site… How strange and bizarre. I will post if I have any more questions… Thanks Northwoods Creative. [Resolved]

I do not have ANY plugins active. However, I have super cache inactive. I will try deleting it to see if this works.

Why is there no answer to this very basic question. Spent all day getting everything the way I want, only to find out that the pricing URL doesn’t work? And the developer can’t take a few moments to answer questions from over 4 months ago??? If you aren’t willing to answer such a basic question about a serious issue, I think the plug in should be removed from WordPress. Why waste people’s time?

It fixed by itself but now I can’t seem to get the widgets to appear on the home page. I am using the admire theme .

Just wanted to thank you MichaelH. I’ve been looking for the same thing and other code didn’t work (possibly because they were for older versions of WP or a basic theme). Your code worked perfect and is exactly what I needed.
