database credentials should be accessible by WordPress, even if encrypted,, the encryption key should be stored somewhere. So its mostly just obfuscation, which is weak from the poing of security.
Its up to host system administrators to firewall mysql tcp port or make mysqld listen on unix socket/localhost only

You also can use credential-less way to authentificate, modern mysql/mariadb allows unix-socket authentification, same way as been supported by postgresql for long time. But this has security considerations too and not usable on some webhosts dependent on their PHP user control configs.

There’s been a problem on www.ads-software.com plugins packaging servers, it has been fixed about 12 hours ago.
You may have encountered same issue with other recently updated plugins, but as i have mentioned, its been fixed.

It is fine that you have implemented runtime checking, but a small statement in readme would still be fine, people can look there in case they need better details on plugin functions and requirements, that seldom happens, but it does.
While the reviewer has to blame their webhost (or maybe its better to ask their support first if they can enable a standard extension coming with the main PHP distribution?), they can still post such a review.

Considering this review – its a feedback and a valid feedback, especially because you have not listed GMP extension as a requirement in the README ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/cryptopay-wc-lite/ ).
I guess it is a good point to improve README file and possibly plugin diagnostics and error messages on activation about extra extension requirement (despite GMP is being a very common extension to be enabled).
PS: for reference, WordPress Hosting team does not list PHP GMP as a required nor among recommended extensions, so extra statement in README would be very advised

Have you checked PHP error logs ? for “memory exhausted” or “exceeded” ?
there is nothing to check for on the page you have linked.

could be PHP memory limit issues, check PHP error log to confirm.

If it is so, you will have to check with your webhost provider and switch to plan which allows to use more memory
