Thank you! I see on your screen share video that you cannot locate the debug.log file. It does not show that the bug does not reproduce, it only shows that the log file cannot be located.
I am sorry, I understand now that there are a few more steps required to reproduce this bug.
4. Load the website as a user and click any link in it to reach another page in the website
5. Locate the log file and open it to see if the error appears in it
You might also need to have an active store in WooCommerce. If you have no store in WooCommerce then the WooCommerce code might not run at all.
