In reply to: [Koko Analytics] Critical Error and Doesn’t Show PageviewsWell, it looks like if I clear the website’s cache using WP Fastest Cache and Autoptimize, Koko Analytics THEN shows the updated stats in the WordPress dashboard. Of course, if I click “View all statistics” it shows the correct up-to-date stats. But, before, whenever I opened my WordPress dashboard, that red statistics bar would automatically grow higher which means that it would automatically show the updated stats. Now, in order to see the updated stats, I have to clear the website’s cache and when the page reloads, the red stats bar is higher because it shows the updated stats. Please see the following screenshots using the links below. Each screenshot was taking within seconds of each other. The first link shows the analytics inside my WordPress dashboard (653 pageviews) and the second screenshot shows the “View all statistics” dashboard (913 pageviews):

In reply to: [Koko Analytics] Critical Error and Doesn’t Show PageviewsHello, Danny. Sorry for the late reply. Yes, updating to v1.2.1 fixed the critical error problem. However, I migrated my website to a new web host, and now Koko Analytics isn’t refreshing the page views and visitors in real time in my WordPress dashboard like it was doing before. Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it, but that didn’t seem to make any difference.
I got the same exact error as well when I updated to v5.1.7. I had to deactivate the plugin. It really messed up my website. IS there a fix for this?
Your plugin is a real piece of work! I can’t even open the Installed Plugins page now in order to deactivate this piece of crap plugin!!!! In fact, now I can’t even refresh ANY of my pages on the back-end of my website! The page just gets stuck in perpetual reload! What a joke!

If you experience this error, use 5.0.3 for now.
How do I do that?
Nevermind. I found it. It’s in the Regions settings.
I do need help with this still. Can you please help me?
Hello. I can’t switch to a default theme since this is a live site.
Hello. Here is the url of the menu page: https://scvfishmarket.net/restropress-menu/
Never mind. I figured it out.
Sorry. I just realized that when I went back to see if there was anything I missed. Thanks for your help! I am still learning how to use this awesome plugin.
Thanks. Would you be able to tell me what the CSS class or CSS ID is for the “Add Item” button in RestroPress so I can do some custom CSS for the button?
Hello. I understand that I have to create food items and categories and addons. My question is, can I keep my menu designed the way it is on this page (https://scvfishmarket.net/seafood-menu/) and just add an “Add Item” button next to each food item after I’ve created the food items, category and addons in the RestroPress settings? Or, will I have to design a completely new menu page using RestroPress? Please take a look at this screenshot to get an idea of what I am talking about:

Hello. I already have a menu page setup on the WordPress site here (https://scvfishmarket.net/seafood-menu/) and I would like to know if your plugin would allow me to just put an “Add Item” button next to each food item that would then open the lightbox that has information about the food item like the ordering menu on this page (https://www.orderstart.com/menu_display.php?categoryid=2862943107110054). If you click on the “Add Item” button, you’ll see that a lightbox opens up with more options, like adding sides, etc. Is this possible to create with your plugin so that I don’t have to create an entirely new menu page? Also, will I be able to add an “Add to Cart” button in the lightbox to actually allow the customer to add the food item to the shopping cart?
