I’ll try putting 10 more images on the page and run some tests. I’m going to wait until the website is migrated over to HostGator first to see if that solves the problem. I’ll let you know what happens. Thanks.

Sure thing. None of my maps are showing any of the map markers on the map when I switch over to XML, but I will send you the links to two of the maps so you can see what I am talking about.

As you can see, the map marker icons show up in the list underneath the map, but not on the map itself. Every single map on my website exhibits this same behavior when I switch to XML.

If you guys could fix this ASAP that would be great, because my website is live.

Well, I deactivated every single plugin except USR and cleared my browser cache and refreshed the “Esthetician Schools in California” page and that didn’t fix the problem either. I inspected the webpage and sure enough I got the red “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)” messages. I don’t know what to do. I’m at a loss…

That’s interesting. I wonder why in the video it showed Autoptimize as an Initiator?

Could it have something to do with my web host? I am in the process of migrating my site over to a new web host. Do you think that could solve the issue?

I know I didn’t change themes at all or add any new plugins since updating to the latest version of the plugin.

I made a video using screen capture software to show you that even if you’re at the top of the webpage when you refresh the page multiple times, the problem still exists.

I also deactivated Autoptimize and another cache plugin, Speed Booster Pack before making the video. I even deleted the icons at the top thinking that maybe they were causing the problem.

Also, in the video, I go into the USR settings and show you where the same exact problem exists on the back end.

Hello, Jarryd. Thanks for the reply. I have over 100 maps. When I switch from database to XML in the Advanced Settings tab and then go to the back end of my maps, none of the markers show up on the map, even though my marker icons show up in the list below the map. I even tried editing one of the map listings by saving it and the marker still didn’t show up on the map. When I switch back to database, all the map markers on all my maps show up again. That’s why I am wondering what I am doing wrong and why my map marker icons don’t show up on any of my maps when I switch to XML.

Hello. Did you try refreshing the webpage (multiple times, not just once) of different states? For example, Esthetician Schools in California definitely has the problem because there are so many rating stars on that page. The problem seems to affect the webpages with lots of rating stars as opposed to webpages with only a few rating stars. Also, the problem is on the back end in the settings page. The stars don’t show up there either. I didn’t add any new plugins before the problem started happening and it happens on different browsers. I tested with Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and IE. All of the browsers exhibit the same problem in similar fashion.

I just checked the Universal Star Ratings settings page and the stars PNG files aren’t loading correctly there either! Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? I have star ratings on most of my webpages and this plugin is making my website look completely amateur!

I tried creating a custom registration page like the one on your demo site and when I published the registration page on my WordPress Multisite and then tested it by creating a new user, when I tried to log in for the first time as the newly created user I got locked out of my WordPress site altogether (even as the admin) and had to delete the plugin from the cPanel just so I could get back into my WordPress site! Can you please tell me what I did wrong?
