Thank you it seems to have worked ?? just reactivating the plugins thanks again greatly appreciated

I tried auto upgraded to 3.0.1 and now all I get on every page including admin is:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_rtl() (previously declared in /home/gcnccor/public_html/wp-includes/locale.php:347) in /home/gcnccor/public_html/wp-includes/locale.php on line 349

Can anyone help, what do I need to do to restore the site?
