It may come from another issue I was having which has now actually resolved the other issue and this one

I had to get the servers to increase the suhosin memory limit to 1024mb and it sorted the issue above out as well

Im having exactly the same issue, the Categories section under “title Tag rewriter” doesn’t work, it just won’t save any changes, apart from the very first one in the list

Also noted it’s the only section which doesn’t appear in the actual categories section either

Ok I have done every change possible, my host has increased the suhosin to 9000 increased the memory limit and nothing makes a difference, have also found added bits and pieces to add to the .htaccess, but all fail, still stuck anyone got any suggestions
