Hello team,

Thank you. It is working now. What I did was I moved the East Malaysia Zone to the second top under West Malaysia to give it more priority. It is now reading the flat rate for Sabah and Sarawak. Thank you so much for your assistance in the matter ^_^

I think the issues was with one of the language plugins. I have over 80 plugins, 40 used 40 deactivated. I’ll check by them again. I might run a conflict test late on because for these few days the system is live due to a live event. If I manage to detect the problem after the live event, I will let you know immediately.
