Also, the image is not keeping with the size settings for ‘medium’ media settings which is set to 350x525px. The image is distorted. If I set the below to auto (in developer tools) it looks correct.

NO the issue is not caused by the theme.

I have applied one of the carousel styles now so to see the text (but in my case – no text) requires scrolling over. Can you take a look for me? The carousel is on the main page, on the right column, single image.

I don’t understand all the discussion, but is progress being made. We can’t go live with our store until this error message is not showing on the top of the page.

If I down grade the php from 7.2 to 5.6 …. will this help?

Error is also showing up on the cart, acct and check out pages. I removed the product page since my post above, but this error is a major bug on my site.

It’s jetpack that is causing the issue.
I don’t understand jetpack…. or wordpress.com (or what wordpress.com does) for that matter, but it seems they are needed for woocommerce.
Any suggestions.
Do I need jetpack activated?

If I try to download it to my computer I get
rror: Critical file transfer error
so I guess it’s not readable.

I have also at one point copied a fresh index file from the extracted plug in and uploaded that, but that didn’t work either.

This is a windows server.
Can you suggest the next step?

Thanks for the input. The server tech is suggesting to me that it’s doable but I’m still waiting to see if it will happen …so I thought I would check here to see if it was even possible.

Can you suggest a really easy to use plug in that has a one time fee AND that backs up the db with the files. BackupBuddy has a ‘monthly’ charge I believe so I haven’t opted for that at this point. I’m so spoiled with Joomla sites and having Akeeba backup to use for free.
