Hello, my website support team was able to perform the test on a fresh site on my behalf, replicate the issue, and confirmed that the issue appears to be with OceanWP.

Is there another solution to resolve this, or is it likely possible that this issue will be resolved in an upcoming update to the OceanWP theme?

    An additional update:

I created a staging site, and then deactivated all plugins using the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler. After activating only Woocommerce, I checked the Advanced Styling (as well as General Styling under General Options) and the color swatch options were visible once again!?

However, and confusingly, the issue returned after activating any plugin. I tried a couple times, activating a plugin one at a time, checking the customization menu each time, then deactivating the plugin and refreshing the page each time, repeating for a few of the plugins. The same issue occurred after activating any plugin. Additionally, after doing this test, and deactivating all plugins again (except Woocommerce), the Advanced Styling color swatch settings would not reappear.

    Hi @skalanter,

The best way that I can describe how to reproduce the issue is to go from the WP dashboard to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Advanced Styling.

Also, please find the requested system information here: https://pastebin.com/ACesUduG

    Thank you.

    Hello @skalanter,

Thank you for your assistance. I and my website support team checked and verified that my site’s SSL certificate is valid and working as seen here: https://snipboard.io/PEmHat.jpg

I also confirmed that my OceanWP theme is already updated to the latest version 3.5.8. My website and browser caches have been cleared, and I have also tried going into the customization menu in incognito browsers (Chrome and Firefox), on two different devices, but the same issue persists from my initial post.

    Hello Shahin,

Thank you for your response. I deactivated all plugins and the problem disappeared and I was able to see the usual color swatches in the styling options. The first plugin I reactivated was the Woocommerce version 9.1.2 plugin, which is essential to my site. When I then rechecked the issue, I once again found the same issue with the style color swatches no longer displaying. It appears the plugin conflict is coming from Woocommerce?

I did notice this message had appeared in my WordPress dashboard a couple days ago before I reported this issue, but it has since disappeared: https://snipboard.io/tqT4Pd.jpg

” Your theme (OceanWP) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

    1.            Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.

2.??????????? If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again. “

When I reported this message to my website support, they said they could not find any outdated templates at the time. I also don’t see any theme or Woocommerce updates.

Lastly, I have not used the Ocean Extra plugin previously. However for troubleshooting I tried installing/activating it, but it did not resolve the issue, so it has been deactivated/removed.
