I was able to find a work around for my issue… The only reason for installing multi-site was to avoid extra cost with paid themes and plugins because my blog and members site both are in subdomains this means I have to purchase three license for each theme and plugin I use. The reason so all three sites will look and feel the same..

Yes I’m chaning both the Home URL and the Site URL via the Settings >> General tab..

What I find really odd is that the rest of the site both frontend and backend are functioning prefect with or without the prefix, the only issue is when I remove the WWW prefix the menu tab will no load when I replace the WWW the menu tab loads fine…. Could this possibly be a database issue?

Update, I hope this helps someone.

I noticed wordfence stopped sending emails to me again out of the blue, so back to the drawing board tried everything in the book to fix my issue with no luck.
Finally I decided this might just be a problem with my gmail account it’s self ? So I tried to use another gmail account still no notification emails..
Next I tried my webmail account…. Bingo it worked like a dream even on other sites I have that also use wordfence but have never sent me any notifications at all they also had gmail accounts.

I wonder if this might have something to do with gmail / google tagging wordfence notifications as spam causing the email notification to never even hit the spam folder? I can think of nothing else that would cause this.

I’d love to here what the developers have to say, is this possible? I can see how google might get confused with wordfence sending sometimes over a 100 emails a day most going unchecked.

If your dealing with this issue please try to use a webmail account.. I might just fix your problem..

Update: I’ve restored the setting to default but the page speed and yslow score are still the exact same. No matter the setting I use rather advanced or just minimal the results are basically the exact same.
Couldflare does not seem to be working correctly even though no errors are displayed, When i search the URL of images on my site they are still served from https://www.xcurrent.org/wp-content/uploads. I’ve already waited 24 hours or more to make sure the propagation process if needed was completed. This is a bit confusing as I’m not sure if this plugin is even working on this site at all? I’ve also removed the site from the cloudflare but still basically no change.

But I must disagree 100%, I loaded phpmyadmin to have a look and see for myself this pollution problem you speak of. Just one question what did you use to calculate this pollution problem. I’m pretty bored so I tested it with and without the plugin installed and with and without checking Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation”.. You should possibly consider updating your negative comment to something more accurate,… Your comment is not true.

There are far better solutions, to run at OS level, rather than running WordFence at WordPress level.

Please provided me a link to one… I’d love to see this magical plugin that you do not have to read first before clicking buttons. I have a few clients who could use that one. My advice would probably be to you and them both just slow down a bit a read the functions of all plugin’s you install top to bottom before doing anything… And most of all don’t bash a company offering a free servive that should be a paid servive and ruin it for the other 2-3 million users who are grateful to use this top of the line FREE plugin!

Thanks for your advice I thought I seemed a bit to easy! I use keypass x for all passwords, with about 25 character password, my username is fairly complex also.. I’ll take your advice and two factor authentication and password protect wp-admin..

Yes I read your sticky post but failed to see a link or anything pointing me in the direction of a support forum. So I again reviewed the description, developers, Changelog, FAQ, Installation, Other Notes pages for this plugin but still no cookie.
Next I turned to google using EWWW Image Optimizer Cloud support as keywords still nothing but a few links back to this thread. However on the bottom of the first page I did find this site https://ewww.io/plans/, but I still could not find this support thread your referring to. The only tabs listed on the menu was Home, Pricing Plan, Translate, Blog, Server Status. I truly thought I might find a link posted on your sticky note or quite possibly the front page description, but hey who am I? I was only trying to find a functioning plugin that offered decent support before purchasing the pro version. Needless to say I did finally find it but thanks for your swift response.

I”’ bow my head and mark this resolved… I never knew it could be simple as the click of the mouse… Read,read,read is the moral to this story. that big button that named load colors really helped me out…..lol

Redellconsulting I would like to update you on the success I had following your directions to the T. I’m so glad people such as yourself are apart of this community and willing to help if and when your allowed the time around your normally busy schedules.

Thanks to you my daughter was able to get her site up and running including 100% customized in under 5 minutes thanks to your knowledge, and willingness to help. That’s what makes wordpress stand out above the rest it offers a community such as this with members like yourself and questas_admin willing to help!

I did end up using teamviewer just to double check out how she was organizing her files on her PC but it all looked tip top and well organized so all and all I’ve had a great day / night.

I just hope I have the chance to repay the favor to someone in need of assistance in the future to keep the wheels spinning.

P.S. to make backups was my first move as well as having my daughter do the same once her site was 100% operable. Great advice I’ve lost many of site because I failed to make a simple backup before editing my files.
