In reply to: The homepage says "2014", how can I fix it??I’ve already put a video on there as well… on every single page it still says “2015”, but on the homepage it still says “2014” in the tab as well… so how can I fix it??
When I look at it in Chrome, it still comes up with tabs at the top.
I’m not going to give you a screenshot, because I can’t add it to this message as well.
Every single page still says “2015”, but on all of the tabs all of the pages still say “2015”, but on the homepage in the tab it still says “2014”… so how can I fix it??

How can I make the homepage tab turn into 2015??
I understand that you are continually improving performance and resource usage, but in the version 1.x it was, let’s say, 100% fast. In version 2.0 it was 10% fast.
You are continually improving the speed… what is the speed of the current version (2.0.40) in terms of percentage?
I haven’t tried it on a test site, because it won’t have the same plugins and the same number of pictures… hence why I want to know if all 4 issues are now actually resolved (i.e. the slowness, question 4, is the main issue).
Has the “slow issue” definitely been fixed? Lots of other people have been having this issue too…
I guess I could backup my entire web site and the database, and then install it as a test, but that’s going to take a long time…!
I did the same… but I wonder if the issue is fixed in 2.0.40… anyone know??
has this issue been resolved in version 2.0.40?
has this issue been resolved in version 2.0.40?
Anyone know the answers??
So… questions 1, 2, 3 and 4 – have these all been resolved in the latest nextgen version (i.e. 2.0.40)?

In reply to: My three wordpress sites are suddenly very slow to respond!I haven’t tried that yet, but all three web sites have just suddenly got back up to speed again! No idea why!
01:30 – CRITICAL – Socket timeout after 10 seconds
13:59 – HTTP OK: HTTP/1.1 200 OK – 24598 bytes in 2.025 second response timeVery strange… I guess I’ll wait and see how it all goes over the next few hours/days… if it goes wrong again I will turn on the PHP error logging by your suggestion ??

In reply to: My three wordpress sites are suddenly very slow to respond!Right… I’ve done a bit more testing…
On one site I have only two plugins installed (Jetpack & AIOSEOP).
Site Slow…
Disabled both plugins.
Site FAST!
Enabled Jetpack (without re-authorizing).

Thanks for the hints… also though, here’s 3 and again (with a new 4 added!):
3. When I set the thumbnail size to 185×185, they seem to generate thumbnails 183×183…
4. When I upgraded to 2.0.0, my pages with [nggallery id=xxx] tags in them took very long to load compared to the old version!
