    Ah it worked by only using this piece of the code:
    #nav-wrapper .menu li a:hover {
    color: #00ffc1;

    It only doesnt take the submenus and the social icons in account and when you click on one of the menu items it also becomes light green still – I need a piece of code of that as well I think?

    Hi Steve,

    Unfortunately that doesnt work.. I have changed this colour about 2 years ago and I have no idea where I did it. I tried custom CSS to override already but without any effect.

    I have tried to check my theme CSS and there I also could not find anything. No plug-in either.
