I have a similar set-up where new user registrations are auto approved. I am able to receive the email notification but not all of the short codes are visible in the actual email I receive. the email shortcodes are set to the installation defaults.

This is the email format

Here is the submitted registration form:

The submitted registration shortcode is the missing component in the actual email sent. all of the others work.

SORRY FOR THE DELAY IN RESPONSE. IT WORKS GREAT NOW. YOUR SUGGESTION FOR SWITCHING IT WAS THE ANSWER. AND I BELIEVE THEY MADE THE NECESSARY CHANGES AS WELL.
