Hello @aamiribsf,
Thanks for your reply; I think I may have understood the cause of the problem: as soon as i deactivated the extension “woocommerce force default variant” (which is probably more for single products rather than variations), the default values on the variations tab also showed on the front end! So from my understadning I should only use the variation swatches extension if i have both single and variable products on my woocommerce.

Thanks for your reply, the redirection table does look to be created, see system status rank math report here. Not sure if it’s normal that Google rights have not been granted to the Search Console.
If you can share your email adress, i can provide a temporary link for your support team to access the site; let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Many thanks
Hello @rankmathsupport,
Thanks for getting back to me!
Here‘s the rule i created; the page result is a 404 error despite that, as if the rule never existed.
I have the same issue with other redirections, but others do work fine; could you advice ?
Many thanks
Very good improvement indeed!
Thanks for the suggestion to add it as an add-on; would I be notified as a user when this will be available?
Hi @alexandrubodea,
Thank you for the advice, it now works!

In reply to: Email notifications on file replacement based on user rolesThanks @poku1010,
Unfortunately i couldn’t find one plugin that would send notifications to users with the same user role than the media file currently been replaced.
I tested BNFW and the Notifications plugin from WordPress and the latter also allows to add merge codes to it, like the file name or url in a very simple way, but many thanks for your suggestion!
Is it the debug log you would like to see? How can i see it over to you?
Many thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce email translation issuesHello there,
TranslatePress isn’t actually doing the translation; it is the the plugin NP Quote request (from WooCommerce I believe?) which re-translates text typed by users on the comments field when the email gets sent out.
Could anyone help?
Many thanks

In reply to: Language switcher menu disappearingHello there,
A secondary menu had been created under Appearance > Menus that was managing this, and the English language tab disappeared; it’s now fixed, many thanks anyways!

In reply to: Language switcher menu disappearingHi @threadi, thanks for your answer!
Yes, it is a custom development, but it was working fine until few days ago, I don’t see what could have changed. I also use Divi, could it be related to a bug with that?
What’s weird is that it’s the only language code which disappears if switching to the other language sites.
Hello there,
The ticket shouldn’t be closed, indeed, I am still trying to get a different answer from TP than “implementing custom code may be necessary”; a notes field is created in a way that no translation should intervene, and I believe TP should solve this. One should be able to tell TP that the company name at the footer of the email shouldn’t get translated either or that product names on emails should be translated in the same way than on the website, which unfortunately isn’t the case.
I don’t think I am the only user of TP and WooCommerce with email translation issues, I have just replied back to TranslatePress on this and when I find the solution, I’ll share it here.
Hello Anca,
I checked for the respective selector and found it to be, i believe, order_comments, (see screenshot here so you can confirm if right). Besides, data-no-translation appears to be there already?
I added it to exclude strings but the text keeps getting translated.
I searched it on the string translation interface to get it deleted, but i didn’t get any results, so possibly it’s the reason it keeps getting translated.
On the body of the email, I also noticed that the names of the products get translated “twice” (TP already translated them on their respective pages but the translation on the email don’t match) and the footer too with our company name getting translated.
Any advice why this is happening?
Many thanks for your answer,
The product SKU variation appears on the field “UGS” (SKU in French) at the bottom right here; as you can see, it’s correctly entered but Ivory Search won’t index it. I checked Index product SKU and variations here under Settings > Index > Extras, what you showed me previously to check is a paid feature under Search > Products that i can only enable with a Pro Plus plan.
Any advice how to get Ivory Search index product sku and variations without a paid plan?
The Default WordPress Search engine is already the checked option and on Index > Build Index, the “Automatically index content” option is unchecked.
For the description missing or showing up with breadcrumb menu, i mean it especially on search results; ajax search results don’t show breadcrumb menu but page content in order it appears, including the page title. What i would prefer on both searches is for the meta description to appear under the title.
